Busy Busy Busy

Priorities. When you let your priorities get away from you, you become
very "busy". Where does "busy" lead except to frustration. The key to
staying on top of this trend is discipline. Manage your To Do list not
just by making a list but by making time available to do the list.
Rank things in terms of priority. Step back and say, is this really a
strategic To Do, a "must do" like taxes, or an "I should do" and rank
accordingly.

You can have a lot on the go but if you ask yourself some basic
"screening" questions it can become a lot more manageable. Let's see
how I do with this in the week or 2 ahead......

Opportunities or Chalenges

Its amazing the way your mood can change when your tired.
Opportunities suddenly seem like overwhelming challenges....I have too
much work vs I have a lot of exciting things on the go. Key is to
remember it all a matter of interpretation so internally you need to
see these things as Opportunities. Even financial stress can be a
positive motivator. That's internal. In terms of your face to the
world, that all a matter of spin so you may tell workmates how crazy
busy you are and overwhelmed but don't believe your own spin.....

Beware the geese....Sean feeding the duckas and the geese down by the Lake...Some of the geese were as big as he was and were actively "encouraging" him to part with his bread. It reminds you its all about perspective.

I love having a daughter .... such cute outfits for a budding snow white....but any potential prince charmings will find her dad is an evil wizard..

This is a classic example of how smart children are and what real joy looks like. I gave my daughter a bouquet of flowers and she was overjoyed...looked at them for an hour and talked about how much daddy loves her...so now I buy her flowers once every two weeks and she is ecstatic...if only adults showed such joy and appreciation for small gifts everyone would be a lot happier.. :)
